Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your unique tracking number and return shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the network switch in its original manufacturer packaging, including all power adapters, rack-mount kits, and documentation to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the shipping box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will verify the device's condition and serial number within 5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
